What is your return/exchange policy?
All products returned must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receiving of shipment. Please email us for a RA number with a brief description of the problem. Goods returned must have all original packaged materials including all parts and installation materials undamaged. Return shipping charges are payable by customer. Full credit for the amount purchased minus shipping charges will be issued to the same credit card as purchased with. Defective products are allowed for exchange, refund or credit. Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit. Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and any shipping cost that was paid by us will be charged back. Replacement filters, accessories, special order items and any products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation are ineligible for return.

Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in Canada. We also ship to most places in the United States. We do not ship outside of these two countries at the moment; sorry!

What about taxes?
All domestic sales tax rates apply. BC is 12%, ON, NL, and NB are 13%, NS is 15%, everywhere else should be 5%.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
